Gymnastics must be educational. That's the time when a student not only exercises the body, but also has the chance to learn about it, heal it and prevent it from pathologies and physical injuries. Teachers must be trained for this.
I recommend teachers be more interested in the functionalism of physical anatomy, prevention and health rather than in sports rules.
I don't approve of Aerobics, or Step, or any other gymnastics that boast of being healthy, when they abound in impacts and severe constant pressures on the joints and take distance from the posture reeducation.
I don't approve as well of the massive consumption of gym apparatus. I don't think overloading is the right way of strengthening our muscles.
Verler Gymnastics is based on health and short and long-term prevention. I pivot on the posture reeducation and non-aggressive physical exercising.
The results: Aesthetics and Health.
